How old do I have to be?
Drivers must be aged 21 – 70, special conditions apply to drivers aged 21 – 24.

Do I need a special licence to drive a van?
You can drive all our vehicle range with a full driving licence, held for a minimum of 2 years except to drive the 7.5t truck.  You will need to have passed your driving test before January 1997 or hold an appropriate HGV license.

I have endorsements/points on my licence; can I still hire a van?
We accept up to 3 driving convictions with a maximum of 9 penalty points.
We are unable to hire vehicles to any drivers who have been disqualified from driving during the last 2 years or who have currently on their licence any of the following offence codes:- ut, dr, dd or ba.

What do I need to bring with me?
You will need to bring your driving licence (both parts if you have a photocard style licence) and 2 additional forms of identification i.e utility bill, bank statement, passport etc.

Do you provide a one way rental?
We do not offer this service; all vehicles must be returned to our hire depot.

Do you open on Sundays and Bank Holidays?
We are open 9.00-10.30am on Sunday mornings, closed on Bank Holidays.

How can I pay?
We accept credit cards (except Amex), debit cards, cheques with a guarantee card.

Can I take the vehicle abroad?
You may not take the vehicle outside mainland UK without our prior written consent.

What is your fuel policy?
We ask you to return the vehicle to us at the same level as when collected or pay for any shortfall.  We will not reimburse you for any excess fuel left in the vehicle.
