General Order Information

Placing an order ...
1. 20% deposit is needed on confirmation or order, non-refunable.
2. Designs/drawings can then be viewed before manufacture and colours chosen.
3. Timescales agreed - typically 6-8 weeks.
4. Balance due on completion, cash or cheque only made payable to "Harlequin Stained Glass" (no cheques accepted below £20.00) Paypal payments should be made to: (awaiting details)
Glass Details ...
1. Glass samples are subject to variation in colour/texture. It has its own imperfections, striations, reams, bubbles etc.
Repairs ...
1. Regarding repairs we cannot guarantee an exact colour/texture match to the original.
2. Breakage may occur on removing and stripping down original panels.
Doors ...
1. Wood is a natural product and susceptible to movement.
2. Wood finishes are subject to a variation in colour.
Insurance Claims ...
1. We need notification of the insurance companies name and contact details.
2. Payment in full is needed before refitting is undertaken.

GOODS SHOULD BE CHECKED UPON RECEIPT AND ANY DAMAGES REPORTED TO US WITHIN 48 HOURS.
